A kind friend left these tulips and a card at our door. This sort of thoughtfulness really lifts the spirits and I hope I shall remember to do the same when other people need cheering.

I have been to aqua class today and took Sarah and Merry into town for their train back south. Not too sad a goodbye as we will see them both again on Friday.
