Sun Setting

Joined a local running club, running on a Monday and Wednesday evening through the park in the summer and road running during the winter. I joined the beginners as this group runs for 3 miles and the next group run for 5 miles until you progress to the main group who run for 10 miles.

Don't let life discourage you; everyone who got where he is had to begin where he was.
