Something useful for once

I completely forgot to get my camera out at the Staffs Knot 5 mile race tonight so didn't actually take a picture until I got out of the shower back at home.

The race is quite a nice course going from the Cannock Chase visitor centre and I was absolutely chuffed with my time of 32 minutes despite my drunken toe injury from Saturday night. At the finish, instead of the usual boring T shirt or medal, we got this commemorative towel. Something useful that I guarantee I'll be using again at the next race.

Blimey, I didn't realise at the time but I actually got a pb at the race last night...and felt like I could have gone quicker!
