Viaduct
The Chelfham Viaduct is the largest narrow gauge viaduct in England; opened in 1898, closed in Sept 1935.
This weekend it was opened to the general public as a one off....and we were allowed to walk over it. Cars were parked in the field where we could get view of the whole structure - this is the best view I could get.
After our walk and a welcome cuppa we popped over the moor to Porlock Weir for lunch and then drove back home, over the moor.
It was hot!
