The Good Things In Life Are Clear

I attended my first show of the Festival here at St John's at the west end of Princes Street last Tuesday as part of the Just Festival - though St John's itself was just off-stage in that day's blip - and saw this (sculpture? installation?) being erected then. It doesn't appear to be credited, but now it's finished it's clear from the labels that the floating, colourful umbrellas represent positive influences on our lives while the negatives are represented by the dark umbrellas which have crashed to earth. A quirk of the lighting has meant that the former are legible in the picture, while the latter aren't - I like that.
