The other side

Another fine warm day - I took myself off in the morning to stock up on essentials. Hot work - I couldn’t get all the way back without a seat in the shade. Thanks, Andy.
Arriving back, I could see that beyond our manicured hedges, the hoi polloi were out cavorting in the water, and later we joined them. We swam as far as the orange buoy where we floated awhile just as a pedalo came swishing past, the young guy aboard busily reading his mobile phone. Aren’t young people so very odd.
Later to Makao, a new place which is rather good. And it being a Friday, we detoured homeward via Dugan’s to enjoy a bit of live music. Rawk!!!
