The fallen nectarine

The clouds descended and though the light appeared briefly on the mountains I still can't do them justice. I'm setting myself up for a fall here.

Eddie Izzard has strong issues about fruit. I agree. You have to get them when you can and summer doesn't last for ever. These paraguayos (and the naughty nectarine) are fabulous.

Had some really sad news today about an old school friend.
