The start of the season

For the third year in a row, we have come to Foxholes in Bishop’s Castle for the 50km and the start of the camping season. For the third year in a row, the weather is absolutely glorious.

I took a day off so I could come up a bit early and join the retirees! We’ve had a lovely day of pottering around BC and the campsite.

This is without doubt one of my favourite places in Shropshire and every camp at Foxholes has been a good one.

I’m sad not to be running tomorrow but my time will come again!
