Nimrod

Sorry another image from yesterday as I have been very busy with Blip Admin and shopping for our holiday next week.

This is the inside of a Nimrod spy plane. Only three of the fleet were converted to this role. Lots of aerials on the fuselage and wings to listen in to what was going on bellow. The flying crew had no knowledge of what was going on in the cabin for security reasons.

The aircraft would typically be in flight for 8 to 10 hours. There were very few windows and only one toilet. The operators seats were on tracks so they could move back and swivel to face forward for landing.

Have a good weekend
