Geranium

Today was Margot minding day and fortunately M took the day off so I got to go to yoga. When I came home there he was, cleaning the plate glass sliding doors. Then I went off to the podiatrist and by the time I got home all the furniture had been polished. 

On Sunday we are having the extended family over for a one week late Mothering Sunday celeb. Only the cooking and the rest of the cleaning to go. I'm making a cake tonight. Maybe best done when sober but I'll risk it. Good to stay ahead of the curve.

Margot thinks the 'party' is in honour of her. We are promoting that myth. After all, you only get to be a mother because of the children you have or raise so we should celebrate the kids, especially little Miss Margot, the only toddler in the family. Expect portraits.
