I continue to improve and am feeling more like myself. The Forester has had the day away in Masterton visiting my walking friend Jen and her brother. Her brother is dealing with his fourth cancer diagnosis.  There is always someone worse off than you. I walked  to a different place and sat a comfy chair in the sun and listened to a pod cast.
