This is one of the sunflowers that grew from seed that I put out for the birds. I notice that there is also a little insect in the shot but I have no idea what it is!

Thank you for your comments on last nights blip, I am pleased to report that my bites are starting to fade and are nowhere near as itchy now. How we suffer for our blips!!
