I spent another afternoon on the back green in the sun where I continued with the scarf I've been crocheting for a while. In the morning I had done some more to the quilted cushion cover that I made earlier in the year which still needs the binding finishing off. That involves hand sewing which I'm really out of practice at. I want to finish the quilting projects I've got on the go: as well as the cushion cover there is the baby quilt I made in the autumn which still needs the binding done and also the quilt as you go log cabin quilt which needs some of the blocks made and then all the blocks sewn together and then bound - that's the biggest job. That's enough to keep me busy for a while but I would like to start some more projects. However, I think I need to be strong-minded and not start anything new until I've finished what I've already got.
In the evening I took Lexi to the vet as she's still having abnormal stools. I've been thinking about taking her for a while and decided I should just do it. She's to have investigations in a couple of weeks and then she may need steroids. I'm not looking forward to trying to give those to her!
