Chicken of the Woods

Laetiporus sulphureus or Chicken of the Woods is an edible fungus which supports a lot of wildlife. It seems to grow well round here and at the moment there's a few fruits. Edible it might be but I don't really fancy it. 

Another beautiful day with no haar this morning. I was at Thursday yoga at 09:00 for the first time for weeks. The yoga teacher said we would do a 'mellow flow' which I found incredibly demanding. Still I managed the hour with only a couple of stops for some water. 

Later  I'm at the dentist so there's a lot of maintenance going on today.
