I'm coming out

I want the world to know.
So not quite the world yet but today told my boss and the fella's boss about us along with one of my team who'd already guessed (he lives nearby and had seen the fella's car a lot!). Could not have gone down better - everyone was really pleased and even got a hug from my team member! The fella is finding it quite tough - he's a private person and doesn't like the thought of people talking about us especially while he's still got some stuff to sort out. But he's coping and am sure he'll be fine when he sees no one cares other than to be happy for both of us.

After work a man came round to look at the floor - am very excited about the plans tho let's see when the quote comes through. I will have to wait 6-8weeks which isn't great as I'm impatient to get going and can't start the decorating or carpets before the floor is done. He left a bit later than planned and we couldn't be bothered to cook so went for our favourite take-out of pad Thai. It was bloody gorgeous.
