Challenges

It is the time of year when I start to consider what I can get up to for the next couple of months while football/rugby/ice hockey have their summer breaks. 

Of course I have to be busy in the garden, but also need my escapes from it occasionally. As I was passing through the gloomy tunnel at the railway station today, as usual I looked for some inspiration from the advertising posters. 

I looked in vain today. 

It is the time of week when I start to think about meal planning ahead of trips to the supermarket and farm shop. Perhaps even to the local Asian supermarket. 

I did find some inspiration this evening and I now have an idea for something slightly different. I must admit I struggle to think of kimchi as breakfast food, but it would make a great evening dish too. Well, I think so.
