Jharetetsu - Tamagoyaki (ft. Yamane)

Made Tamagoyaki today, Japanese omelette. I’ve tried making it before years ago and got results like an amateur. This time I took my time and used low heat to slowly craft the making and shape. I looked carefully at the small details in the videos and let the process seep through my understanding of the process. Patience and consistency really help. I still got bubbles, but the layering and consistency of the ingredients still need work. Refinement is a long and slow process.
