Birthday cake

...for L. today. A very particular recipe that paid off for a dirty chai cake (chai with espresso). Tasted quite good! L came over and we sat around talking for a couple hours and looking at photos. Outdoors is sodden, it's rained all day and apparently doing the same tomorrow.
