I'm in! #5

Week 5! I've never stuck to anything this long before, but still enjoying the training, this last week been working a lot on core work which has been good. Want to get back into circuits again this week, but try and step it up a bit.
Any visible improvements? Not that I can see but feel fitter and stronger.
Been doing some brutal squash training this week too. More of that to come.

We're rehearsing for another trip to London at the end of this week, anyone around RAH/Kensington area for a quick meet up, especially Monday, let me know. Had 2 near blipmeet misses so would be good to rectify that.
