Bit of an EB - anticipation!

EB as this is the only photo taken as I forgot due to the need to rewrite my letter to the Land Registry. Then there was the problem of how to get a Pages document into Word without all the formatting going haywire.

I may have to retype it all in a free version of Word but that would be a real bore. Perhaps I’ll just send it as a PDF…..
