Today he seemed much brighter, and to be less hungry. He is now full of a bag of carrots too.

Preparations for the arrival of my mother are continuing - I bought caffeinated tea bags, semi-skimmed milk and Rich Tea biscuits - what more could she possibly need? Plus I had to work again today, if you can call inputting information for 5 minutes at a time in between getting up to stroke the dog, chat to the gerbils, make a cup of tea, check emails, see what the kids are up to, check the weather forecast, read the BBC news website, tut at something on Facebook and see what new Blips have been uploaded work.

I was torn between the original and the surprisingly good Limp Bizkit cover. Original won.
