Indecisive Moment
A light, intermittent rain. Umbrella, or no umbrella?
I was waiting for Sue and Shawn to meet me at the symphony. We heard a mysterious piece by Katherine Balch, then Paul Huang and his remarkable violin performing a Korngold concerto, a short Mendelssohn piece, and ta-daaa—two harps, four percussionists, four French horns, and a full orchestra performing Debussy’s La Mer. Jun Mårkl conducting. It was glorious.
Beauty. Is nourishment.
And Free Palestine.
