Morning on the cycle to work, a brief scouting out possible views for a time lapse of the Kessock Swim on this Saturday, which the Blipper Arclight is threatening to undertake. Would need to keep looking, maybe something for another year.

First cycle since last Monday. Still have back aches and minor issues, but swam well tonight (after a teeny bit of running last night) and wasn't out of breath at any stage... just a lack of muscle! Felt great after the swim.
