Goodies from the ghats

Back from the monsoon trip with sore thighs sleepy eyes. The pressure and urgency of things at work today brought me back to reality. from the slow, relaxed and carefree stroll in the jungle, I was suddenly required to run with other rats for...I dont know what. Probably these races make those strolls even more worthwhile. That's the same thing I really like about the movie - "Cars", where Lightning McQueen, the fastest car on the Nascar circuit realizes that "once in a while, it is good to slow down".

What you see here is a specific kind of goody from the ghats. It is rich in cashew and tastes like a beetel leaf.

A bad news in the evening today. A fellow photographer and friend from work met with an accident while returning from work. His motorcycle skid on the road and before he could gather himself, a car ran over his hands and legs. Fortunately, the doc says that everything is fine and there's no damage.
