Darter on rock

Not worth viewing in large since it's not very clear but I like the rock in particular.
It looks like a layer is breaking off it.

Called this guy a cormorant earlier. Looked at DesertPs blip and saw it was the same bird but she called it a darter. Thanks for the correction P.
