Parade

There was a parade and ceremony in Dumfries today to commemorate VE Day.  There were bikers, town bands, veterans, cadets and local dignitaries.  I am not from this area and so I always think that for a small town Dumfries has a lot of parades of one sort and another; this was a special event but there are more coming up soon.
