Looking for a shooting star

Tonight I took a walk out to see if I could find the meteor shower taking place , however being in the city there is too much light and the stars were hard to see except this big moon in the sky.

For the past few weeks we weave been having building renovations at home with balcony reconstruction this has caused me many groans with parking issues I think they may have finally found me another spot until the construction is done . I will find out tomorrow if I get the other spot.
