Lunchtime walk

Fallen out of the habit of walking at lunchtimes, something I was doing regularly earlier in the year. So much so that I can’t keep up with most of the other girls who go out, they are virtually power walking.

Went by myself today, put some music on and enjoyed the sunshine.

We are lucky to have a ‘meadow’ across the road from work, owned by the local community.. It has become a bit of a memorial garden, and this is Featherstone’s War Horse, remembering the animals that have died in conflict. The picture doesn’t do it justice.
