First of many...

today was the day we used our book press in earnest!! The first three books were nipped in here today and we were really excited..

this evening I went to a workshop on the work of Jenny Saville.. I really like her paintings.. I had a go at her charcoal technique.. of a face..with red guache.. interesting and much harder than her picture looks
