A visit to the osteopath this morning. Sitting in the little waiting room I quite liked the view above, although the window could do with a bit of a clean.

Whilst he was pulling my back in interesting directions we had an interesting discussion on the difference between osteopathy, physiotherapy and chiropractics.

Later at friends I was quite taken with their son’s method of revising for his mock GCSE’s (extra)
