Operation

Today I had a little operation.

My family find it funny when I say I had an opertion. My son laughed. My husband calls it minor surgery. My daughter thinks I am milking it!

This was not minor surgery, this was a major operation, this was casualty and Holby, lights, precission, and blood.

I never felt a thing. It was quick and very professionally carried out.

The surgeon was fantastic and his assistant efficient and funny.

I'm told I will only have a small scar which is a little disappointing because I could have 'milked' it even more.

Anyway I was allowed straight home and had no effects afterwards.
