After the rain.

Took this at Newent this afternoon just after a huuuge squall.

As soon as the Cu-Nimb had buggered off the sun came out and all the sparrows emerged to preen and dry off. They really are the most entertaining of fellows to watch but have a preternatural sense of when the camera is about to come out.

Gladly this cutie didn't scarper before I could grab a portrait.
