Two Birdies

I photographed two birdies that I saw on the golf course on today’s walk.  That’s two birdies more than I ever marked down on my scorecard when I played golf round here!

The pheasant rules the roost on the 18h hole as it patrols the fairway going from one gorse bush to another just like many golfers!  Haven’t worked out yet which one conceals its nest. 

At the far end of the course is was a yellowhammer watches and on the 18th a pheasant was running from gorse bush to gorse bush looking for lost balls ;-)
