Double Lock Bottom

Awake since 3am when I padded downstairs to sort mum's duvet on the floor and her cough which I had heard whilst laying in bed upstairs.

The carers arrived, followed by the physios and followed by the District Nurse and I was left ordering 'stuff' for which I was in total on hold on the phone for well over an hour. 

Escaping late afternoon with still things to do I ended up ordering a takeaway from the local Italian - gosh they've gone downhill. 

Cancelled more things at home this week just to stay here and organise a bit.
