Salt Marsh

Through the gap in the bushes, this path down to the salt marsh provides a glimpse of the Prince of Wales bridge in the distance across the Severn estuary.

This salt marsh, an area vital to wildlife, had suffered damage owing to regular pedestrian traffic at low tides.  Recent installation of a line of posts and notices asking people not to walk beyond the posts has resulted in recovery of the area and a  keen local voluntary organisation help to maintain the site and update these information boards on a regular basis.
