Finn walked.

Local bees visited to top up sourdough starter and seal up a hive with a non kaying queen to merge with another colony at out apiary.

Picked up a hive from a beekeeper on route as donating a colony to him, well I was gifted leaf tea for first hive.

Cold at out apiary so hives out of car and in situ. I cleaned the wax of frames and filled a trug with old wax.

Merged the hives with newspaper and a queen excluder.

Moved bees into new hive, not happy so did it the best I could.

Allotment bees visited , hives checked obe split as bubbling over with bees, not that cooperative so done as best as I could.

Obe more hive will need to be split this week.

Allotment visit to drop of wall units for storing toilet stuff and watered greenhouse.

Bread made.

Walked the boy dogs with a gorse fragrance in the air.
