Wild garlic soda bread.

I bumped into a lovely lady in the village a few days ago who reminded me that her wild garlic was ready for picking.

I picked a few leaves and decided to make some cheesy soda bread with wild garlic.

It has a very delicate flavour- I think I probably needed a bit more, but it has a subtle flavour that is very nice.
