One Pound and Half An Ounce Of Easy Peelers

I had been looking for a set of vintage kitchen scales to use in still life images for quite a while. Any I found in antique shops were way too expensive. I found these last month in a charity shop, £6.50. Mono Monday has provided the opportunity for a debut appearance. I'm sure they will feature again.

After the super weather of the last few days it has turned quite chilly here. The heating came on this morning. It must be a Bank Holiday.

No camera club this week then, so I should turn my attention to an overdue blip catch up.

In other news I had an email from Thames Water to say that after badgering them for a second time (you may remember Lovey Rita back in February) someone has actually read our meter. We've been overcharged, £24 is coming our way!
