Yoga Outing

The small yoga group that meets at my place once a week decided to do an outing. We had a walk ( and met a mermaid emerging from the sea who turned out to be freespiral) a scrumptious lunch at the Heron Gallery/cafe in Ahakista and a visit to the garden. A great outing all together!
