Socks on Sunday

I sometimes secretly pick up some crazy socks at Dollar Tree, and then on Sunday morning at church, I lift my leg up to make sure Lisa sees them. She wasn't nearly as surprised this morning, because she knows that I am a big fan of Woody from Toy Story.

It was good to be in our church this morning. With my 2 operations, I know a lot of people were praying for me, and it was great to see them today. Very touching.

Why do I like Woody? I realize that he is a cartoon character, but he always does the right thing. We all should learn something from that.

I birthday news, happy birthday to my daughter Karen. KK is forty-something (I do know exactly) and has turned out to be quite a mother to my grandson Merrick. We're both proud of her.
