Blooming lovely

This rhododendron didn't flower last year but it's looking lovely this year.

The grass seed hadn't sprouted at all. I was told it might be too cold overnights.  There was an Icy wind blowing from the north this afternoon.  
I tried singing the song from Little Shop of Horrors to it.. Worth a try.

But I draw the line at giving blood !
