Sunset at Marwick Head .

Our second visit as it’s so lovely and a great spot for birdwatching. The day began at Skara Brae carpark where we spent a sheltered and peaceful night . We walked out along the beach and over to the headland of Skail bay with Bramble who coped well and was really pleased to be on the beach again . I feel very drawn to this little corner of Orkney as there is a deep sense of peace hanging about the place . Even the colours of the beach are peaceful.
