Let Battle commence

The Lincoln historic weekend continued today so this morning we ventured out to check out what was on in the town area of the city. A collection of vintage vehicles was on display in the city square and in the Cornhill area there was a Viking display with a mock battle going on. My blip comes from the battle arena . A lot colder today so we didn't hang around for to long as there was also some rain in the air. .
The other reason for heading home was it was day 2 of the Rugby League  magic weekend on TV. 3 more entertaining  games with Wigan playing in the 2nd game against Warrington. The game was a lot closer than we wanted but thankfully Wigan won 22 - 20  after been 12-4 up at half time. Fingers crossed we will get to attend next year as it is a great weekend .
A chilled out evening is now planned Snooker on TV so will probably watch that
