Blooming

Mum’s beloved cacti and the osteospermum we planted last year are both coming into a lovely display. R ( who looks after the garden) put the cactus out the front when she saw it beginning to bud.
The house will be completely cleared of all the remaining stuff over the next 2 days then the renovations should start the week after.
I must admit to having mixed feelings about all traces of mum in the house being gone after tomorrow but I’m looking forward to the work starting. The garden still holds so many echoes of her and always will I guess:)
