Card of the Late Queen, Paddington and Corgi

I made this for Billy as a Pre Birthday Card.
He loves Paddington, so I couldn't  resist buying the Paper to Decoupage it.
His Birthday is in a few weeks and I have the Paper and everything to make 
the other Card for his Special Birthday
