Reach for the Sky

This Echium must be at least 6ft tall! As I’ve mentioned before, they thrive here in Ventnor. This one is very near to the beach at Bonchurch. I had a 4 mile circular walk today. It was a mixture of sun and cloud with quite a chilly breeze. There were quite a few folk around and some, in coats, were sitting on the beach at Ventnor. I spotted one hardy soul swimming too! I had a jacket and scarf on!
