Mini egg season

Did lots of grumbling about the price of Mini Eggs this year but thankfully D took pity and bought me a bumper pack, they are an Easter baking essential. This was my first ever attempt at a cheesecake, along with the usual Krispie cakes and some cookies which were hoovered in record time by the work girls.
