DAY 9

Got up early for our trip to the local elephant park....it was quite simple and not very "touristy" which was nice although they still felt it necessary to show us an elephant dancing! However I was impressed when I had an elephant kiss from the baby! We had an hours trek up through the hills and had great views of the coastline of Hua Hin. Got back by 11 and spent several hours by the pool and in the beach bar. The Rev and I then went to town for a very civilised afternoon tea at the old colonial style hotel, a massage and to collect the suit and dresses. We had our evening meal at the hotel and am now fit to burst.....all that good dieting gone in a week in this lovely place!
