Old Walls Vineyard
The south facing slope of our village vineyard, although not on the sunniest of days. I believe they're producing some good stuff but I haven't been for a tasting for a few years. Old Walls is the name given to the remains of the Bishop's Palace that stands nearby, the country seat of the Bishops of Exeter once upon a time. Only a ruin now and sadly being used as part of someone's farm with farm machinery all over the place, so it doesn't really make a good blip.
It's been a busy day and I'm off out jamming again. I seem to be falling a bit behind with your journals but I'll do my best to catch up tomorrow.
I hope your week's going well.
David
