New parkrun gear

Physio visit went well. My sore knee is due to lack of post run stretching ... rookie error. Somehow, too much chatting and not enough stretching. I now need to strengthen my outer glute and stop running for a few weeks. Good news is, I can book York 10k, continue, biking, parkwalking (a timely parkrun package arrived) and rowing! Chuffed about that. It is motivation to work hard on the recovery.

G had a cancelled hospital appointment  ... he will have to wait a couple of weeks for a rebook.
